Community Guidelines
What you chat about is your own business, but we do have guidelines for what is appropriate in the Utalk community. The Utalk Groups Gallery does not list groups that the Group Owner identifies as containing Adult Content, by which we mean pornography or sexually explicit content. If you are the Group Owner of a Utalk group oriented towards any sexually explicit content you must identify it as Adult Content in the Group Administration page.
• Do not post shock content (such as gory pictures of accidents, dead bodies, graphic violence), content related to animal abuse, drug abuse, bomb making, or any other material that is likely to offend.
• We do not tolerate content that is intended to harm or exploit minors in any way, or is designed to solicit, or collect personally identifiable information of any minor (anyone under 18 years old).
• Respect copyright - dont post copyrighted content without permission from the owner.
• Respect other users. We do not tolerate, predatory behaviour, disparaging or defamatory comments, threats, harassment, illegal activities, invading privacy, propaganda, racial hatred, offensive cultural behaviour, vulgar or obscene content, or other inappropriate behaviour or the revealing of other members personal information.
• Dont spam. Its not acceptable to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content (whether text, image or audio content). Dont create misleading groups in order to increase membership.
• Dont post content that misrepresents its source or impersonates another individual or entity. You may not impersonate a Utalk employee or agent, a Group administrator or moderator, another user or any other person.
• It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable rules and laws.
• If you are the owner of a Utalk Group listed in the gallery, it is your responsibility to ensure that it complies with these guidelines.
• A Utalk User account, Group or any other type of Virtual goods associated with Utalk can not be resold, swapped or traded for any item or currency - be it virtual or real. If evidence or suspicion arises of Users involved in this practice the User(s), and any Groups involved may have their accessed rights revoked at Utalks sole discretion.
Utalk reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Utalks sole discretion, breaches these Community Guidelines, including without limitation, terminating the user account of such users and removing offending content. Utalk also reserves the right to remove any Group from the Groups Gallery, or terminate the Group, if in its sole discretion the Group is in breach of these Community Guidelines.
These Community Guidelines may be updated from time to time, so please check this page regularly. If you wish to flag inappropriate content to Utalk please use the Report this Group function in the Groups Gallery, or email support@utalk.su
Severability
If any part of these TOS, is found by any court, tribunal, administrative body or authority of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable then that part will, to the extent required, be severed and will be ineffective without, as far as possible, modifying any other part of these TOS and this will not affect any other provisions of these TOS which will remain in full force and effect.
